Terms & Conditions

The legal terms governing your use of our website and purchase of our products.

Last updated: 1 March 2026

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TekSpert Computers website (tekspert.co.uk) and any purchase of products or services from TEKSPERT LTD ("TekSpert", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. If you discover an error in a product listing, please contact us and we will correct it promptly.

2.2 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

2.3 Custom Builds

Custom-built PCs are assembled to your specific configuration. Once assembly has begun, changes to the component selection may not be possible. Please review your configuration carefully before confirming.

2.4 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current rate (20%). Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayItMonthly finance (subject to eligibility). All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Payment must be received in full before we begin assembling your PC, unless you have been approved for finance through PayItMonthly.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Area

We deliver within the United Kingdom only (excluding the Channel Islands). We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

4.2 Delivery Times

Custom PCs are typically assembled and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch. Express next-day delivery is available for an additional charge.

4.3 Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers to you once we receive payment in full.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Your cancellation and returns rights are set out in our Warranty & Returns page. In summary:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your PC under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • The PC must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product

6. Warranty

All TekSpert PCs are covered by our 1-year warranty as described on our Warranty & Returns page. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the relevant product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of TEKSPERT LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

9. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will apply from the date of publication on our website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
